Cancellation policy

Because some items are sold on a Pre-order basis, we understand that plans change.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has be processed for shipping.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@rintod.com with your Order Number. We will process your refund immediately, and it will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After Shipping: Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, the order can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the item after it arrives in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
